Toll plaza personnel are hereby informed that charging toll tax from our authorized vehicles is not permitted. Any unauthorized collection, obstruction, delay, or misbehavior with our staff or vehicles may be treated as a violation of government guidelines and can result in official complaints to concerned authorities.
Toll staff are requested to verify vehicle details carefully and allow smooth and uninterrupted passage in the interest of public service and humanitarian work.
